Learning in the Flow of Work

At Framework Leadership, we recognize that the ideal way to learn and grow is through the "Spaced Learning" approach, where learners can digest small pieces of content in a self paced manner to gain knowledge, attend occasional virtual sessions to drive understanding and, when appropriate, join a live session to drive application of key concepts.


This sort of frequency of learning promotes retention and adoption of key concepts and has the added benefit of minimal impact to daily work.  This is what we call "Learning in the Flow of Work," and is a great way to promote a learning culture.
